simplecall business was awarded with a multi step and multifaceted communication solution utilising IP PBX, wireless Dect handsets, SIP connectivity and mobile solutions.
Initially, simplecall business provided a new IP PBX, 220 handsets and total SIP solution (running on the JANET network) to the newly constructed site at Edinburgh’s Herriott Watt University. Simplecall business was approved as a specialist contractor within the main construction project, dealing with the everyday issues in a new build construction project.
The next step is to upgrade the entire telephony estate to a fully IP solution by end of 2016. Simplecall business will replaced BGS’s old ISDN connection with SIP and upgrade its entire telephony estate hardware with our Enterprise IP PBX and Snom IP Dect phones. This will improve the efficiency of the telephony usage and also bring in better connectivity on BGS’s mobile telephony usage.
Finally, the complete project was delivered within time and within tight budget constraints.
